7 Attractions You Should Visit in Ho Tram
Ho Tram, Binh Chau - Phuoc Buu and Binh Chau fishing port are famous for their wild beauty and unique coastal culture, attracting many tourists. Below are 7 places not to be missed when coming to Ho Tram:
1. Ho Tram Beach
Located in Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ho Tram was voted by CNNGo (USA) as one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in the world. Fine white sand and clear blue sea water create an ideal setting for those who want to relax on the weekend. Visitors can freely walk on the deserted beach and enjoy fresh and diverse seafood.
Ho Tram is also an ideal place for resort tourism with tourist areas possessing perfect natural conditions, beaches adjacent to primeval forests, fresh climate and unique local culture. Perennial casuarina and melaleuca forests intermingle to create a rich, intact forest-sea ecosystem.
2. Binh Chau - Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve
Located in the south of Xuyen Moc district, this nature reserve covers an area of nearly 11,000 hectares and is one of the remaining relatively intact coastal primeval forests in Vietnam. The natural landscape here is very diverse, from tropical dry forests to evergreen moist forests and wetlands.
Visitors can participate in activities such as staying, camping, cycling, and exploring primeval forests. The reserve also has about 200 hectares of water surface from ponds and natural lakes, along with 17 km of coastline with smooth, flat sand beaches. This is home to many species of dioecious plants and rich fauna with 22 rare species in the Vietnam Red Book.
3. Binh Chau Fishing Port
As the only fishing port in Xuyen Moc district, Binh Chau port is the anchoring and trading place for hundreds of large and small fishing vessels. This is an ideal place to visit at dawn or dusk, allowing visitors to experience the vibrant life of fishermen. From the port, you only need a 5-minute boat ride to reach the sand dunes and the opposite breakwater, where there are deserted beaches and wild beauty.
4. Binh Chau Hot Springs
As part of the Binh Chau - Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve, Binh Chau hot mineral springs have more than 70 open water spray points with temperatures ranging from 64-84 degrees Celsius and abundant mineral mud. This place is an ideal vacation spot with many chemical ingredients that are beneficial for health and beauty. However, visitors should only soak for 20-30 minutes to avoid feeling dizzy.
5. Suoi Oh Sea
Located about 3 km from Binh Chau market, Suoi O beach has freshwater streams, fine white sand beaches and clear blue sea water. Because it has not been exploited much, this place still retains its fresh and wild beauty. Suoi O beach is very suitable for families with the elderly and children thanks to its peacefulness and few big waves.
6. Ho Coc Beach
Ho Coc is a beach located close to the edge of the forest, where not many people live. Thanks to that, Ho Coc beach is always clear, blue and clean. Rocks with unique shapes are scattered across the beach, creating a wild, attractive scene.
7. New Check-in Points
Ho Tram is increasingly comfortable and attracts more tourists thanks to high-end resort and entertainment complexes. The Western-style shophouses and water park of The Tropicana segment of the NovaWorld Ho Tram project are gradually being completed, promising to bring new and luxurious experiences to visitors.
